New Meter Box

There's a changing of meter box exercise in my area.

It only take a few minutes but I took a half day to attend to them. Just because they will cut off the electricity for 15mins and I was worried about my goldfish.

What if they re-active the electricity and my fish pump doesn't work?? All my goldfish will turn over, I've over 10 goldfish in my tank!!
