Chinese New Year Preparations

Christmas is over. Chinese New Year is just around the corner!

Everyone is preparing for it and lots of spending .... Everyone is getting their bonus and spending it very quickly.

Usually mothers are the ones that are super busy, they have to prepare for their children & husband and their own home.

Lots of people at Chinatown to get their New Year goodies and clothes.


The Old China Town before Chinese New Year, was so quite and peaceful.

Not many people will think of this place if they ever want to buy anything.

Youngsters especially, would not even thought of China Town. They would think that its a Old Folks place. But always comes to Chinese New Year, they will all rush here to get their things.

That make it the Chinese New Year place.





Often, during Chinese New Year, this place will have lots of stalls at the road side. Mostly selling Chinese New Year goodies and good luck items usually red or gold in colour.

During the last two weeks before Chinese New Year, this place will be sardine packed with crowds.
