Thai Fair

Over the weekends, Singapore Thai Embassy in Orchard Road organized a Thai Fair.
This event is useful for those people who wanted to visit Thailand and they can have the first hand taste of Thai Food and see Thai Culture.

The food section is huge, lots of familiar food that you eat there locally, like: glutinous rice with mango or durian, spring rolls beef noodles soup and chicken wings.

There are lots of visitors sitting at the table enjoying their food.
The merchant section is separated into two by the stage performances.
Most of the stalls sell silver accessories, some of the stalls sell dried packet food like dried mango, dried bananas etc...

Some stalls even sell massage oil for woman and man too.

They have Thai body & foot massage corner where people can have a good and relaxing massage there after walking and shopping at Orchard road.

New Wallet

I recently bought a new wallet, as my old Toscano brand wallet has worn out after years of service. I believed that wallet once have hole has bad fengshui, (you never able to keep money)!

So I quickly went for shopping and hunt for a new one. Most of the wallet's design is with buttons and when I try to open it, the opening for Notes is facing downwards, which means no good, (money will drop out), I think that is design for left-handed people.

After looking around for sometime, I saw a range of wallets with very unique drawings on it. They have cats, "Turn Left, Turn Right" characters (if you know this movie) and some other very nice drawings in it.

One autumn leaves with a cat caught my sight and I like it so much, after looking at the compartments and tested that is up to my standard and I decided to buy this one. It's under this brand by a guy's name "Jimmy Liu".
He is a Taiwanses book illustrator, he wrote "Sounds of Colors", "Turn Left Turn Right", "A Fish with A Smile" & "Moon Forgets". Some of his stories have turn into movies and animated cartoons.
